Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from visitors:
What are the staffing ratios?
We offer a 3:1 resident-to-staffing ratio.
How long do nurses and aides spend with residents each day?
With 6 residents and two staff members, there is constant personalized care.
Is there an RN available at all times?
Yes, our owner/administrator is an RN and available for staff and residents 24 hours a day.
What types of activities do you offer?

Is there a safe place for residents to enjoy outdoor areas?
Yes, we offer outdoor space in the front and the back of the home.
Are meals served in the dining room or is each resident brought his or her meal in her room?
Our meals are served family-style in the dining room. If a resident chooses to enjoy a meal in his or her room, this can be provided free of charge.
Can a resident bring some of his or her own furniture?
We encourage and welcome our residents to make their bedroom their own, however they choose.
Do you arrange for personal items, such as shaving cream, hair care products, and snacks? How can a resident get these toiletries?
Our residents are provided with linens, wash clothes, and towels. We also provide soap and shampoo. However, we encourage residents to bring their desired personal items. Family members can bring supplies or these can be purchased at the residents expense during shopping trips.
What is the visiting policy?
Families are encouraged to visit as much as possible between 9:30 am and 7pm. Other special arrangements can be made if different times are needed.
Do the residents have access to a telephone and a television? Is there an extra charge for these services?
Each bedroom is provided with a wall-mounted LED television, and there is also a TV in the living room. The house offers a landline phone for residents to use if they do not have a cell phone of their own. We do not charge for phone use or cable TV service.
How many residents to one room?
We have two rooms that are private, and two spacious shared rooms.
